Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage airport slot allocations for scheduled and charter flight; Liaise with airports, air navigation service providers (ANSPs), and regulatory authorities to secure and adjust slots; Monitor flight schedules to ensure slot compliance and prevent scheduling conflicts; Process slot requests, ensuring adherence to international standards (IATA WSG, ICAO guidelines); React promptly to operational disruptions, implementing necessary slot adjustments; Prepare slot usage reports and recommend schedule optimization strategies; Collaborate with internal departments (flight operations, commercial, and ground services) for seamless schedule execution.

Requirements:

Experience in slot coordination, flight planning, or aviation operations is an advantage; Knowledge of international slot management standards (IATA, ICAO); Proficiency with slot management systems (e.g., Meridian, OCS, NetLine) is preferred; Strong organizational and problem-solving
