Обязанности:
Выполнять лично и обеспечивать выполнение членами экипажа требований воздушного законодательства РУз, локальных нормативных актов, документов Авиакомпании; Владеть техникой пилотирования и навигации и навыками CRM; Организовать работу членов лётного и кабинного экипажей на земле и в полёте в соответствии с требованиями нормативных документов по обеспечению безопасности, регулярности полётов и культуры обслуживания пассажиров; Давать оценку уровня профессиональной подготовленности, деловых и моральных качеств членов экипажа

Lead the procurement team: structure workflows, assign tasks, manage performance, and develop team capabilities; Develop and implement procurement strategies in alignment with fleet requirements and company objectives; Manage procurement budgets and ensure cost optimization; Negotiate with domestic and international suppliers, conclude and monitor contracts; Ensuring the availability of all required certificates and documentation (e.g., EASA Form 1, FAA 8130, and others); Monitor stock availability and guarantee timely delivery of parts and components; Conducting tender procedures, evaluating suppliers, and monitoring the fulfillment of contractual obligations. Responsibilities:
Assesses the meteorological and air navigation situation at the departure and destination aerodromes, as well as on alternate aerodromes, based on which a decision is made regarding the flight in accordance with the regulatory documents governing flight operations, with the aim of ensuring a timely departure of the aircraft while adhering to safety measures.
Personally, inspects the external condition of the aircraft, checks the aircraft’ s technical log, signs documents related to the flight operation within the internal rules and procedures to ensure the aircraft’ s readiness for the flight.
